All of our items are supposed to be shipped out within 12 calendar days via express shipping since your order was confirmed by iFairings.com,and it takes approximately 5-15 days in total for the order to be delivered to your doorstep depending on the shipping destination. United States, Canada customers can get the package in 5 days after the shippment being effected; Western European customers can receive the parcel about 7-10 days; Australia, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia,etc, customers can get the items in 5 days after the order date. The delivery time differ greatly for different shipping addresses.You can check your shipping status by checking your account with iFairings.com or asking our online support for help.
In an unlikely event, it is possible for international shipments to be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, which are usually beyond our control. they are include but not limited to untrackable online, delay in updating the status,etc. Such delays do occur very rarely and only for a very short time. Returns are accepted at iFairings.com. All returned items must arrived in their original condition, un-mounted and free of defects. Return shipping is the at the expense of the customer. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. Cancellations or orders that are in progress, and cancelled by the customer will be subject to a 25% restocking/handling fee. All orders are "custom" made at the time of purchase and cannot be fully canceled once production has commenced. Orders that have been customized specifically for an individually customer cannot be cancelled or returned as these are one-of-a-kind items for that specific individual.
